RESTORED IT WEDNESDAY

Oh…I am so sorry, I am late to my own party! How rude….
It has been a long day and I am tired! I just finished up watching the Biggest Loser and I almost forgot. Better late than never, right?
I hope you have all had a wonderful day! I spent the day thrifting with my friend Laurie while we anticipated the cast list for the summer musical our daughters auditioned for. This will be our 5th show and each audition doesn’t get any easier. My nerves are shot for the whole day. I woke up with a pit in my stomach and it didn’t go away until I read her sweet little name on the list. She made the cast and is super excited about it. It is one of the best highlights of her summer.

For those of you who follow me on facebook, I had fun giving a play by play of where I was and what I was finding today. I’m trying to learn how to use twitter and facebook to be able to interact with you all better.  If you don’t follow me on facebook  or twitter already, I would love for you too. I am going to do my best to give a play by play of my yard sale experience on Saturday just for you guys.
A few things caught my eye today when I was going through all of your posts.
I loved this dresser by 551 east. This is one of my very favorite furniture styles to paint. These are so hard to find for sale here in Birmingham. It looks exactly like the one I just finished for my bedroom.
Here is the one by 551 east…..
I love the bright blue!
and here is mine……… I wish mine had those great key holes!!
I also LOVED LOVED this piece by 4 the love of wood.………..
Can you believe it used to look like this????
She put A LOT of work into this one. The inside is even lovely. You must stop by her blog and see the rest of her pictures.
Great job y’all!!
So what have you been up to? Link up something that you have made look better than it did before and inspire me! This is my favorite time of the week! Don’t forget to link back!
Love y’all!
