Tonight we will be visiting more family and I was in charge of the dip. I found these bell jar candles downstairs and thought they would be great to put the olives and feta dip in. I bought these a long time ago at a Southern Living at Home party.
I like to decorate in 3′s. It makes my eye feel like everything is balanced right. I used a monogrammed olive fork and put them on my antique flow blue platter. Doesn’t this look delicious! Well, it is!
8 ounces of Feta Cheese
3 tbs of Olive Oil
1 tbs of lemon juice
1 tsp of fresh oregano
1 fresh garlic clove
1 tbs of minced pepperocini peppers
1/8 tsp cracked pepper
All that I did was place all of these ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill and serve with pita chips and a nice olive. Enjoy!
